Image returned as invalid

When using the Ocus AI API, our server may have trouble analyzing your images. Batches will be analyzed but some files will appear in the results with a status stating that the file is Invalid.

Bad image format

• INVALID_FILE_TYPE: Accepted file types are JPG, TIFF and PNG,
• INVALID_FILE_SIZE : Files should be below <15Mb

Image URL not retrievable

• INVALID_FILE_URL : The URL is not reachable (timeout or under authentication)
